An insight into mental health with Tyson Fury

I recently watched this video interview with boxing athlete Tyson Fury and felt compelled to share.

As someone who has dealt with their own mental health battles, it’s encouraging to see a global and high profile athlete talk so openly about their own experiences and be an advocate to help others in raising awareness.

For me this is a must watch and as Tyson states in this interview, talking can really make all the difference.
