The art of hanging for bulletproof shoulders

A little tip that has provided much relief for my posture and particularly my shoulders over the years – hanging.

And when I say hanging, I’m referring to hanging from a pull-up bar by your arms. It’s a great mobility movement that has stopped my shoulders from being completely wrecked by office life.
