First up, I explore the real value of workplace L&D/Talent Development teams and the influence they have on the full talent lifecycle. Too many company’s operate in silo mentalities. We can change that by connecting the the full employee experience and L&D/TD functions can be the central driver of this.
Why did I write this: Because people need a connected HR experience and too many workplaces undervalue what their L&D/TD functions are truly capable of doing in breaking down the silos.
