Hey folks đź‘‹ this week, I want to share a micro thought on the pursuit of advancing in our careers without becoming a manager.
Not everyone wants to or even should become a people manager. We all have different skills and ambitions, but the way a typical organisations career framework is structured tends not to lean towards climbing that ladder without becoming a manager.
For me, that means the traditional career ladder is broken and we can all do something to rework this for the world we occupy today.
