Hey folks 👋, this week, I want to explore a little thought on the lack of simplicity in the world of workplace learning.
For me, as an industry that is focused on making people’s lives easier and for the better, we sure do like to make things complicated, don’t we?
Like most of you reading this, I spend my time having my brain frazzled by buzzwords, methodologies and supposed all solving tech solutions. It’s fun, I laugh at it most of the time but it does have a negative effect on what people feel like they need to do in order to learn new skills.
This is where I have a problem, and I think the space at large does too.
In this edition, we’re going to explore how to not scare people from their own journey of growth and how we can bring more simplicity into the learning world.
