Steal These Thoughts! Newsletter: Why you made that choice

Check out the latest edition of my newsletter.

Hey folks 👋, this week, we’ll explore what drives each of us to connect with content, notifications and the general choices we face every day.

The content creation and curation game is not always a fair one. This applies both to those who are building a presence in the digital space and those of us building content as workplace learning practitioners.

Having good content doesn’t equal massive engagement.

It might sound unfair but it’s true. Many people build great pieces of content that don’t even make a sound in the space around us. I see this happen often in my own field of workplace learning.

Below, I share a bunch of insights that I’ve learnt from a few neuroscientists over the years to amplify how I work with content today.

And I hope they might be of value to you too.

💭 What neuroscience can tell us about our choices.

🤔 Why we’re wired for survival, not knowledge.
