The content creation and curation game is not always a fair one. This applies both to those who are building a presence in the digital space and those of us building content as workplace learning practitioners.
Having good content doesn’t equal massive engagement.
It might sound unfair but it’s true. Many people build great pieces of content that don’t even make a sound in the space around us. I see this happen often in my own field of workplace learning.
This is why knowing a little bit about how our brain works in making decisions on what we give our attention to can be a game-changer for connecting with fellow humans.
