Why sleep is important for your mental health

Today we’re looking at why sleep is super important for maintaining a healthy mind and how you can make small changes to improve your sleep. Mental health is a whole 360 thing, so if you’re curious I’ve written a couple of pieces on utilising meditation, how the affect you have on others is so valuable , using CBD oil and alternative therapies.
